1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We currently ship to all locations within the United States and select international destinations.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (if available based on your location).

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

📌 Note: You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location. Please refer to the estimated timelines below:

Please note that unexpected customs delays, severe weather, or postal carrier bottlenecks may occasionally impact delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and a link to track your order in real-time.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can also track your package directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VendrX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We process orders quickly, which means there is a very narrow window to change or correct an address.

If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@vendrx.us. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address, and VendrX is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our support team immediately.

  • For damaged items, please email us at support@vendrx.us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product/packaging so we can arrange a free replacement.
