Refund policy
At VendrX (vendrx.us), we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we sell smart electronic hardware and specialized software ecosystems, we enforce a strict but fair Return & Refund Policy to protect both our brand and our customers.
Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your physical device to request a return. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will automatically be declined.
2. Strict Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for used products.

The device must be unworn, unused, and free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear.

The product must be in its original packaging (including the box, plastic wrapping, inserts, and charging cables).

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase linked to your order at
vendrx.us.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Fees & Process

Customer Responsibility: Unless the product arrived fundamentally defective or damaged (see Section 4), the customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to initiate a return: You must contact us first at support@vendrx.us to request a return authorization.

Authorized Return Address: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will be rejected and sent back at your expense. We do not accept return-to-sender packages without our approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. You have 48 hours from the delivery timestamp to report any shipping damages or manufacturing defects.

To report an issue, email support@vendrx.us with your order number and clear video/photographic evidence showing the defect or damage.

If approved, we will issue a free replacement device. Minor cosmetic imperfections on the outer packaging caused by transit do not qualify as a defective product.
5. Refund Evaluation & Restocking Fee
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on its condition.

Restocking Fee: To cover processing and inspection costs for electronic goods, all approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage all clients to reach out to our support desk at support@vendrx.us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting our support team violates our terms of service, and we will provide full tracking data, signed delivery proofs, and this policy to your financial institution to vigorously contest the claim.
